We are building a 2 storey extension and project managing ourselves. MB Builders and King Build have carried out the groundworks and walls to roof height.
We found them to be highly professional and the works have been done to a high standard.
They started on the agreed date, minimised disruption to the existing house, always kept us informed, and completed the project on schedule.
They have supplied contacts with other trades with whom they work regularly and this has worked very well.

I have just had a 2 storey extension and porch completed by Matty, Gary, Garry and Matt (it took me a while to work out Dad, Son and two brothers).  Great workmanship, good advice, they taught me loads, have a comprehensive relationship with local suppliers and building control, and know a good network of associated, trusted tradesmen.  They give very good advice on problem solving, based on their thorough knowledge and experience. Excellent communication throughout, which helped with project planning and budget management.   I have ended up with 4 extra bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 reception rooms and a huge utility space.  Lovely build that enhances the site without looking out of place.  Nice bunch of blokes to have around and totally trustworthy. Thoroughly recommended, so much so that and I won't even bother getting a price from other builders for my next project...…….

We needed a part of our garden wall rebuilt. There where added complications and MB Builders (Matt, Dad, Chipper and Team) all helped get it done. We are really pleased with the new wall, and the new bit is better built than all the rest of the garden original wall.

We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to MB Builders (Matty, Gary, Chipper, Matt & Indie the dog) for an excellent job in providing us with a fenced car hardstanding, garden steps and well designed paved area.

We were unsure of what design or what materials would work with our property. But as soon as the team turned up on day one we knew we had good builders, they gave us expert advice both in the build and landscaping design. Over the two weeks of the build they kept us advised explaining each phase of the job. It was a pleasure to welcome them each day and we have no hesitation in recommending them, you would not be disappointed with their work.
